I’d invite any organisation to consider defining the overarching driver that motivates their existence. A clear driver statement helps organisations to align and strategise to deliver value directly to the needs that motivated the action to begin with. An elegant way to define a driver is with a short statement that describes what’s happening and what’s needed.
